Ways to work together

Whether you need a clear read on where things stand or steady help keeping your marketing moving, there’s a starting point that fits.

Starting points

Starting point

Marketing Audit

A clear outside perspective.

Your time

One 60-minute conversation

Sometimes the most useful next step is someone stepping back to look at the whole picture. I’ll review how your firm shows up today, where the gaps are and what I think matters most.

What I’ll review

  • Your website and key service pages
  • How you show up in Google and AI tools when someone looks for a firm like yours
  • 3 to 5 competitors and what they’re doing differently
  • Your LinkedIn presence and existing content
  • Your goals, and what you think is or isn’t working

You’ll get: a straightforward findings report with clear priorities and what I’d focus on next.

Starting point

Marketing Reset

Get the basics back in good shape.

Your time

A few hours across the project, plus introductions to a few clients

This is for firms that have grown, changed or simply gotten busy while the marketing stayed the same. The website still describes the firm from three years ago, the bios haven’t been touched in a while, and your best client stories aren’t written down anywhere.

The Reset catches the foundation up, so you’re not building new marketing on old information.

What’s included

  • Everything in the Marketing Audit
  • Conversations with your team and a few of your clients
  • Updated copy for your most important website pages
  • Refreshed partner or leadership bios
  • Your first case study
  • A practical 90-day marketing plan

For most firms, this is the best place to start before moving into ongoing support.

Ongoing programs

Two levels of steady support. Move between them as your firm needs.

Ongoing program

Core Marketing Program

A marketing plan is only useful if someone keeps it moving.

Your time

About 1 to 2 hours a month, plus an introduction to one client each quarter

Most firms I work with need the right things happening consistently. We set the plan together every 90 days, and I make sure it gets done.

Every quarter

  • A 90-day marketing plan, set together in a planning session
  • A fresh look at competitors, search and AI visibility
  • 1 case study, built from a conversation with one of your clients
  • 1 in-depth article
  • 1 business development asset, like a service sheet, proposal template or referral partner resource

Every month

  • 4 visibility pieces, usually LinkedIn posts in your voice
  • 1 email to clients or prospects
  • A simple update on what’s working, what isn’t and what I’m watching
  • A working session with me

Along the way

  • Updates to website copy, bios and proof points when they need attention

Ongoing program

Integrated Marketing Program

When there’s more going on, the pieces need to work together.

Your time

About 4 to 6 hours a month, plus an introduction to one client each quarter

Launches, events, conferences and company news all go further when your website, emails, LinkedIn and sales materials tell the same story at the same time.

Integrated includes everything in Core, with room to build campaigns around what’s actually happening in your firm.

Everything in Core, plus

  • A quarterly campaign built around one important topic, service or priority
  • 2 to 3 additional emails each month for events, announcements and follow-up
  • A business development asset every month instead of every quarter
  • Support around launches, events and company news
  • Visibility content for both your company page and a key leader

Just need one thing done?

That’s fine too. Sometimes the case study just needs to get written, the proposal needs cleaning up or the bios need updating. I take on a limited number of standalone projects when they’re a good fit, with scope and price agreed before the work starts.

What I don’t do

I don’t handle website development or technical fixes, paid advertising, CRM setup or complex automation, or public relations. If one of those belongs in the plan, I’ll help you figure out what you need and work alongside the right specialist.

Common questions

Usually, yes. I don’t want to start producing marketing before I understand your firm, what you’ve already tried and what actually needs attention. If your foundation is in good shape, an Audit may be enough. If things have gotten outdated, I’ll probably recommend the Reset.

Need some marketing help?

Answer a few quick questions about your firm and how you like to work. It takes about three minutes, and I’ll get back to you within two business days with a recommended starting point.
