The short version: nothing here tracks you unless you say yes. Visitor numbers are counted without cookies. Google Analytics is only loaded if you accept it, and there are no advertising trackers at all. Beyond that, the only information collected is what you type into the contact form and send on purpose.
Who this covers
This policy applies to tgmarketingstudio.com, operated by TG Marketing & Consulting (“TGMC,” “we,” or “us”). It describes how information is handled in connection with this website.
It does not cover client engagements. Information shared during a project is governed by the agreement in place for that work.
Cookies and analytics
Two things measure traffic here, and they work differently.
Vercel Web Analytics runs on every visit. It counts page views and referrers without cookies and without storing anything that identifies you, which is why it needs no permission. TGMC sees totals, not people.
Google Analytics does use cookies, so it is not loaded at all unless you accept it in the banner shown on your first visit. Decline and the script is never requested. Your answer is remembered in your browser’s local storage so you are not asked repeatedly; it is not a tracking cookie and never leaves your device. If Google Analytics is running, IP addresses are anonymised.
There are no advertising or social media trackers. There is no login and no account. Fonts are served from this site rather than from a third party, so reading these pages does not announce your visit to anyone else.

The contact form
The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional company name, and your message. Nothing is collected until you fill it in and press send, and none of it is stored on this website.
Submissions are delivered to TGMC’s inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service acting as a processor. They pass the message along and do not use it for their own purposes. The form includes a hidden field used only to catch automated spam.
What you send is used to reply and to carry out any work that follows. It is not sold, rented, or traded, and it is not added to a marketing list without your agreement. Email is handled through Google Workspace.
Hosting and server logs
This site is hosted by Vercel. Like essentially all web hosts, Vercel automatically records technical details of requests, such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of request. These logs exist to deliver the site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems. TGMC does not use them to build profiles of visitors or to identify individuals.
Links to other sites
This site may link to pages that TGMC does not operate. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
How long information is kept
Form submissions and the email correspondence that follows are kept as long as they are useful for the relationship or as required for business and tax records, then deleted. Hosting logs are retained on Vercel’s standard schedule.
Your choices
Analytics consent can be changed with the button above. If you have contacted TGMC and want to know what is held, have it corrected, or have it deleted, say so through the contact form and we will handle it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; the same route is the way to exercise them.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and TGMC does not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Material changes will be described rather than slipped in quietly.
