This policy applies to tgmarketingstudio.com, operated by TG Marketing & Consulting (“TGMC,” “we,” or “us”). It describes how information is handled in connection with this website.
It does not cover client engagements. Information shared during a project is governed by the agreement in place for that work.
What this website collects
Nothing. This site is a set of static pages. It has no contact forms, no login, no comments, and no shopping cart. It does not set cookies, does not use browser storage, and does not load analytics, advertising, or social media tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this site rather than from a third party, so simply reading these pages does not send your visit to anyone else.
Information you send directly
The links on this site open your own email program addressed to tgmrktgconsulting@gmail.com. Nothing is sent until you write and send a message yourself.
When you do email, we receive your email address and whatever you include. That information is used only to respond and to carry out any work that follows. It is not sold, rented, or traded, and it is not added to a marketing list without your agreement. Email is handled through Google Workspace, which processes messages on our behalf.
Hosting and server logs
This site is hosted by Vercel. Like essentially all web hosts, Vercel automatically records technical details of requests, such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of request. These logs exist to deliver the site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems. TGMC does not use them to build profiles of visitors or to identify individuals.
Links to other sites
This site may link to pages that TGMC does not operate. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
How long information is kept
Email correspondence is kept as long as it is useful for the relationship or as required for business and tax records, then deleted. Hosting logs are retained on Vercel’s standard schedule.
Your choices
Because this site collects nothing, there is nothing to opt out of while browsing. If you have emailed TGMC and want to know what is held, have it corrected, or have it deleted, write to tgmrktgconsulting@gmail.com and we will handle it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; the same address is the way to exercise them.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and TGMC does not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Material changes will be described rather than slipped in quietly.
